The Municipal Properties Use Committee was dissolved by the Board of Selectmen on 6/11/2012 :- prepare a long-range plan for the coordinated use of Killingworth's town properties, to be approved by the Board of Selectmen;
- review all applications for improvements and use of town properties in light of that plan and submit in writing to the Board of Selectmen a recommendation concerning each application;
- on request of the Board of Selectmen, advise the board on meeting emerging needs of the town and implementing particular improvement plans for town properties.
