The Municipal Land Use Committee reviews all applications for improvements and use of municipal properties and submits, in writing, to the First Selectman a recommendation concerning the completeness of the application, the consistency of the application with the Town Plan, and the consistency of the application with the applicable plans of other commissions and boards.

The Municipal Land Use Committee normally meets on the fourth Thursday of each month.
